Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and innovative AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of AI-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AI and Machine Learning projects from initiation to deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with data science, engineering, product, and business teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical AI project plans.
• Track AI model development, testing, deployment, and performance metrics.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in AI project management processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Technology projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and analytics workflows.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification.
• Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI product development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI practices.
