We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business goals, data science teams, and engineering stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI and machine learning projects from ideation to deployment

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business teams

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics

• Translate business requirements into AI project roadmaps

• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

• Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance standards

• Track KPIs and report progress to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

• 3–6 years of experience in project management (AI/tech projects preferred)

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and workflows

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or AI-related certifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Exposure to AI governance, model lifecycle management, or MLOps

Salary Range (USA – 2026)

$115,000–$145,000 per year (based on experience and location)
