Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI & Machine Learning Manager to lead our AI initiatives and manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

This role requires a strong technical background in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering, along with proven leadership and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AI and machine learning team

• Design and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models

• Oversee the complete ML lifecycle including data collection, preprocessing, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business problems into AI solutions

• Ensure model scalability, reliability, and performance optimization

• Implement best practices for data governance, model versioning, and documentation

• Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions

• Mentor junior team members and conduct technical reviews

• Present insights and project outcomes to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

• 6+ years of experience in machine learning, AI development, or data science

• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and neural networks

• Hands on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques

• Experience deploying ML models into production environments

• Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI

• Knowledge of MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong understanding of big data technologies

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
