Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI & Data Science Manager to lead our artificial intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, oversee AI model development, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in AI, along with leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute AI and machine learning strategy aligned with business goals

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across departments

• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation through data

2. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts

• Conduct performance reviews and skill development planning

• Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

3. Model Development & Deployment

• Oversee end-to-end machine learning lifecycle

• Guide development of predictive models, deep learning systems, and AI solutions

• Ensure proper model validation, testing, and deployment

• Monitor model performance and implement optimization strategies

4. Data Governance & Compliance

• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards

• Implement best practices for data management and model documentation

5. Stakeholder Communication

• Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly insights

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management

• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science / AI roles

• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience

• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI algorithms

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL

• Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Experience managing large-scale AI deployments
