We are seeking a visionary Director of AI & Data Science to lead enterprise-level artificial intelligence initiatives and drive innovation through advanced machine learning solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to build scalable AI systems that directly impact revenue, operations, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will oversee the full AI lifecycle — from research and model development to deployment and optimization — while managing a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s AI roadmap

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals

• Drive innovation in Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics

Model Development & Deployment

• Architect and deploy scalable ML and deep learning models

• Oversee model lifecycle management and MLOps practices

• Ensure production-grade AI systems with high reliability and performance

• Implement responsible AI and governance frameworks

Data & Infrastructure

• Work with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines

• Optimize cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Manage big data environments (Spark, Hadoop)

Business Impact

• Translate complex AI solutions into measurable business value

• Present AI strategies and insights to C-level executives

• Identify new AI-driven revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML roles

• Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch

• Experience deploying large-scale AI systems in production

• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams

• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models

• Published research or patents in AI
