About the Role

The Enterprise AI Program Director will lead the planning, governance, execution, and optimization of enterprise-wide AI initiatives. This role requires a highly experienced program leader who can manage multiple AI projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong program management expertise, deep understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to drive transformation across large organizations.

Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Manage enterprise AI portfolio and roadmap.
• Define strategic objectives and success criteria.
• Lead AI implementation programs across departments.

Governance

• Establish AI governance frameworks and operational standards.
• Develop policies related to AI ethics, security, and compliance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments.

Project Oversight

• Manage multiple concurrent AI projects.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure delivery against agreed objectives.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate program progress to executive leadership.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings.
• Align technical and business stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring

• Establish KPIs for AI adoption.
• Track business impact and ROI.
• Recommend improvements and optimization strategies.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years in Program Management.
• 5+ years managing enterprise AI initiatives.
• Experience leading global teams.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
