About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of AI Transformation to lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes. This role will serve as a strategic bridge between executive leadership, business functions, and technology teams to accelerate AI adoption across the organization.

As Director of AI Transformation, you will define and execute the company’s AI roadmap, identify high-value AI opportunities, establish governance frameworks, and oversee the successful deployment of AI solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of the organization by integrating AI into core business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute enterprise AI transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with C-suite executives to identify AI-driven growth opportunities.
• Build multi-year AI adoption roadmaps across departments.
• Create executive-level presentations and business cases for AI investments.

Program Management

• Lead large-scale AI transformation initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Manage cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts.
• Ensure timely delivery of AI projects within budget and scope.
• Track program KPIs and ROI metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with executive leadership and business unit leaders.
• Facilitate workshops to identify AI use cases and prioritize initiatives.
• Drive organizational alignment and secure stakeholder buy-in.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish AI governance frameworks and responsible AI policies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Develop risk management strategies for AI deployments.

Change Management

• Lead enterprise change management programs for AI adoption.
• Create employee training and AI literacy initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, or Technology Leadership.
• 5+ years leading AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics programs.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M.
