We are looking for a visionary Enterprise AI Leader / Director of AI to drive organization-wide AI strategy and transformation. This role is responsible for leading AI initiatives, aligning technology with business goals, and establishing a scalable and future-ready AI ecosystem.

You will act as a strategic decision-maker, guiding teams and stakeholders in adopting AI to create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap

• Ensure clear enterprise AI positioning aligned with business objectives

• Lead and manage cross-functional AI teams (data science, engineering, product)

• Drive AI adoption and digital transformation across departments

• Establish structured AI architecture alignment across all initiatives

• Oversee development and deployment of AI/ML solutions at scale

• Implement AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks

• Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders

• Identify new AI opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, and innovation

• Monitor performance, ROI, and impact of AI initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading enterprise AI or data-driven transformation

• Strong background in AI/ML, data platforms, and cloud technologies

• Demonstrated leadership in managing large, cross-functional teams

• Experience with enterprise-scale AI architecture and deployment

• Deep understanding of business strategy and AI alignment

• Recognized certifications in AI, cloud, or leadership (preferred)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to define and maintain clear enterprise AI positioning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in C-level or director-level AI roles

• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced analytics
