We are seeking an experienced project manager with strong business analysis expertise to lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals.

This role requires a blend of project leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

• Act as a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

• Coordinate with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and data teams

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks effectively

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project reviews

• Track KPIs, project performance metrics, and deliver status reports

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks

• Identify process improvements and optimize project workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis roles

• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale projects

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or Agile certification

• Experience working with AI, cybersecurity, or data-driven projects

• Background in digital transformation or enterprise technology programs

• Experience working in a US-based enterprise or consulting environment
